What do I have to do to subscribe?
Who is the holder of the number?
You are the holder of the number, may it be a new number carried by Fonvirtual or a geographic number.
You can always carry your number with another operator, no matter if it is virtual or not, at any time.
Why do I have to send a signed contract?
To ensure that you are the holder of the number and that you are aware of the subscription conditions.
Can I subscribe a foreign number with my contract?
Yes, the contract determines the country in which you are a tax resident, we will apply the currency and taxes of your country. You can be a tax resident in one country and take out numbers from another country.
How do I terminate my contract?
At any time, at least 45 days in advance of the 1st day of the calendar month in which you want to unsubscribe. To do this, you must send us an unsubscribe email to firstname.lastname@example.org and your number will be unsubscribed at no cost.
How do I renew my contract?
Renewal is automatic, as long as you have not asked us to terminate the contract. We remind you that you can unsubscribe or carry your number with another operator at any time.
Under whose name are the invoices issued? How and when do I receive them?
Invoices are issued with the data of the holder of the number that you provided us at the time of booking.
You will receive the invoice by post in approximately one week since you made the payment. If you prefer, you can request us to send the invoices by email.
