What do I have to do to subscribe?

Who is the holder of the number?

You are the holder of the number, may it be a new number carried by Fonvirtual or a geographic number.

Why do I have to send a signed contract?

You have to send a signed contract to ensure that you are the holder of the number and that you are aware of the subscription conditions.

Can I subscribe a foreign number with my contract?

Yes, the contract determines the country in which you are a tax resident, we will apply the currency and taxes of your country. You can be a tax resident in one country and take out numbers from another country.

How do I put an end to my contract?

At any time, with a minimum of 15 days notice, you can send us a cancellation email and your number will be deactivated free of charge. Depending on the modality chosen, we will no longer debit the monthly payments or the annual renewal. However, the amount paid and not used will not be reimbursed.

How can I renew my contract?

The renewal of the contract is automatic unless you request its cancellation.

Under whose name are the invoices issued?

Bills are issued in the name of the holder of the number indicated at the time of subscription (contract holder).
